**Property Specific Notes**
There is an attractive easement bordered by a stone wall that runs through the property and at times of extremely high rainfall there can be the equivalent of a small creek trickling through – this is unfenced and should be noted if you have small children who are in your care (no water in it at time of photo in this listing).
