This is relaxed holidaying amongst nature at its best with civilisation right at your doorstep.
The house itself is a modern Raymond Vincent home and the utmost attention to detail has created a superb and relaxing environment in which you can unwind or entertain as you see fit. Choose from the sunken formal lounge and dining areas, the open plan kitchen/living dining area with dining table that extends to seat 10 or the covered alfresco dining area. Marvel at the mist rolling in at the end of a hot summer’s day or lifting to reveal the garden and lake as the sun cuts through on a winter’s morning. Sit back and take the time to enjoy!
With a temporary games room in the garage including mini table tennis, cricket set and dart board, a basketball hoop, a cubby house, and a back yard that doubles as a cricket pitch or soccer field, there is something here at the property for everyone.

**Linen**
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover.
**Property Specific Notes**
If the property is booked last minute and the beds have already been made up after the previous stay, we regret we are unable to unmake and remake to different configurations and beds will be presented as per the website description text.
An unfenced lagoon/creek adjoins this property – supervision of children is the responsibility of the guests and is necessary at all times.
This property has staggered pricing over 10 guests. Please declare accurate guest numbers at the time of booking and update these if your numbers increase before arrival. The tariff is for up to 10 guests and there is a surcharge of $50 per person per night for any extra guests staying to a maximum of 12 guests.
Pets are NOT welcome at this property.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
