**Property Specific Notes**
Surf Views on Northpoint is a duplex – please do not block access to the garage on the right.
This property is located adjacent to the railway line and occasional trains can be heard both day and night.
The grassed area in front of the lower deck is fenced off from the trainline. There is no side gate so guests need to be mindful that a child could access the street via the lower deck and the side path.
Pets are NOT permitted at this property.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
