Sunshine Cottage is a stunning weatherboard cottage set back from a quiet cul de sac just a two-minute walk from pet-friendly Culburra Beach. For guests wanting quality and comfort it offers 2 bedrooms each with ensuites, ensuring ultimate privacy, accommodating 4 people comfortably over the open plan living area and kitchen.
Sunshine Cottage is situated behind another property, accessible via a private pathway and entrance with on street parking available This light-filled weatherboard cottage is set back in a tranquil cul de sac, just a brief stroll away from pet-friendly Culburra Beach and features two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, accommodating up to four guests.
There are sliding doors on either side of the living room to provide air flow, along with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The dining table seats 4 with another 4 seats. The kitchen is well laid out, housing modern appliances, equipment and plenty of crockery, glassware and platters. Coffee lovers, you’re in for a treat. Sunshine Cottage has a moka pot, plunger and Sunbeam espresso machine giving you the option of picking the exact coffee to suit your mood, be it your morning cup or the evening espresso martini.
This much-loved home reflects the personal touches of its owners; it's stylish and tasteful yet comfortable, whilst offering a very high standard of accommodation. Sunshine Cottage provides comfort all year round.

Culburra Beach is a coastal town between Gerroa and Jervis Bay, just a 15-minute drive east of Nowra and approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney and Canberra.
Whilst Culburra Beach has the quiet charm of a secluded beach escape, it provides all the facilities you might need, good coffee, a couple of restaurants, Woolworths, a bottle shop, petrol station, newsagency, chemist and Bowling club,
Linen:
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for complimentary travel cot. BYO beach towel.

Sunshine Cottage is located on a battle-axe block, with its own private entrance. There is only on street parking available.
Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets. Property is fully fenced.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Notes
Code of Conduct: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.
Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

I cannot write enough words to convey just how much my children and I loved being here. Just the little, thoughtful items included, such as Uno for the kids and a lovely welcome hamper for the adult, make all the difference when you’re away from home. A literal stone throw from the beach, where, surprisingly, dogs can be off leash and you can be miles away, but in reality, 2.5 hours from either Sydney or Canberra. We will be back.
The house seemed almost new with beautifully appointed homewares and a very clean environment. It was wonderful having fenced in green spaces for our dog to enjoy. We were meters from Culburra Beach which is dog friendly and within easy driving distance to many other fabulous South Coast towns. The local shopping centre and restaurants in Culburra met all our needs. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage for your next holiday! Also, a big thank you to Holiday Rental Specialists for always being on call if we had any queries.
New, clean, spacious. The inclusion of a real coffee machine is a nice touch. Short walking track to the beach, great location. We stayed 3 nights, lots to see & do locally, beautiful coastal walks.
This is a fantastic place to have a peaceful break. The house was just minutes from the most amazing beach which we all loved including our dog who was in heaven every day. The house is very well equipped with everything you need, the appliances and finishing touches are all high end with a well thought layout. We would definitely recommend this home and plan on coming back ourselves. We had a great stay, the home is lovely, the owners have done a wonderful job on it. Thank you for having us.

Thankyou for looking after us so well. Our accommodation was the perfect place to stay. We brought our two pups with us, it was a lovely space with a beautiful fully secured garden. The location was fantastic with only a minute walk to the beach which allowed pups to be off leash. The place was fresh, super tidy, fully equipped and easy to access. It was very easy to communicate with the team. Easy check in. Would definitely recommend this place for your next stay!
