Ocean Blue Apartment 1 is part of a complex of five units on the water front at Currarong. Apartment 1 enjoys a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in the main and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.
There is a fully functional kitchen and a bathroom.
The living area is open plan with the dining combined.
At the front of the apartment is an enclosed veranda area which is good for getting out of the wind and for storing your toys such as surfboards, fishing rods etc.
There is a large covered deck stretching across the front of the complex and this is shared with Apartment 2.
The apartment provides a TV, DVD player, Stereo and a microwave. There is a communal laundry in the complex which has 2 good sized washing machines.
A Gas BBQ is provided and is shared with Apartment 2.
Garage access is provided with this apartment. Please note the garage is not locked.
This is a lovely place to take a break or a long holiday. Just sit back on the beach or veranda, take in the view or wander down to the rock pools for a refreshing dip. Ocean Blue is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

Code of Conduct: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.
Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Heavy clouds or bright sunshine? Doesn’t matter. This little apartment provides the best spot to enjoy either. Ocean Blue Apartment One was more like a little cabin. It rained and blew a gale all weekend, yet the ocean still shone moodily. The sound of the wind and the rain on the roof just added to the sense of being cocooned in our own private oasis. Couldn’t ask for a better location or a cosier place to stay.
We booked the Ocean Blue Apartment One, and it was absolutely more than I could have asked for. My two children (7 & 6), husband, and I wanted a place close to the beach we could just unwind and rest before Christmas, and this more than delivered. Our deck overlooked the Currarong Bay all the way out to Geringong, and the kids could play on the beach within eyesight. We were a 7-minute walk to the absolutely breath-taking Currarong rock pools and a 2-minute walk to Currarong beach. Though there was lots of foot traffic, it still felt private. We were lucky to not have neighbours until the last day, as the deck is a shared space. The residence was spotlessly clean and so comfortable, exactly what you want to come home to after a full day in the sun on the beach! I will absolutely be back!!
There are many activities available here including swimming, beach and bush walking, fishing plus all kinds of water sports OR just sitting and watching the natural beauty of the south coast under your feet from inside the apartment or outside on the balcony. Lucky we were treated with a good size moon when we were there which illuminated the bay as we sat on the balcony till late hours of the night, we were there for a birthday celebration after all so made the most of it. The premises is clean and has a homely feel to it. The garage is a bonus. We plan to come again. JG & family, February 2023

First class location.We came back after nine years and little had changed, so our memories of an idyllic place were confirmed. The peace and quiet, watching the wild life, particularly the cormorants and pelicans, plus the occasional egret fishing just a few yards from the front of the property was what we came for.The standard of furnishing and equipment provided is high and the place is absolutely spotless.
If you are looking for a nostalgic holiday in a fibro fantastic flat ... this is the place. It is simple, clean and no-frills. Just what I was looking for. A step back in time to family holidays in the 1960s. Right on the ocean with stunning views of the beach and rocks, beautiful lawn out the front, sunny. Totally relaxing. My only wish is that this place remains as it is and developers don't vandalise this most perfect little building in the most perfect position.
This holiday was for three generations of girls from 96 years to 21 years. It was perfect for grandma to sit and watch from the porch whilst we meandered around the rock pools and beach. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Thank you.
