This beautiful duplex is designed to invite, with so much warmth and character you will not want to leave. Set over two storeys, the main living area is situated on the first floor. You are greeted with an impressive open plan living area, boasting a stylish lounge area with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.
This open plan area has been gracefully finished with sophisticated plantation shutters and polished floorboards and flows through to the balcony through glass sliding doors which open out to the width of the balcony. Here you will find a large outdoor dining table where you can sit and enjoy filtered water views.
To the back of the ground level you are pleasantly welcomed into a relaxing tranquil retreat and here you will also find the two other air-conditioned bedrooms, a fabulous rumpus/entertainment room, with double sofa bed, which also includes a lounge and large flat screen TV, a games area with a foosball and a study corner and leads to the yard where there is an outdoor solar shower to the side of the house.
This luxury Hamptons style home is just across the road from the Bagnalls beach, where the water is crystal clear, aqua blue and the sand is pure white. From the beach reserve you can continue along the beach or through the bush on a gravel pathway to the eastern end of Bagnalls Beach and then around the headland to Dutchmans Beach and continuing into Nelson Bay. It is a very picturesque coastal walk or cycle and well worth the effort.
Nelson Bay township offers an array of aquatic activities including our famous dolphin cruises. There is also an abundance of cafes, take-aways, restaurants and boutique shops on offer for you to enjoy. Just a few hundred meters to Corlette Beach which leads to the Anchorage Marina where there is a delightful restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and hosting a magnificent bay view.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Notes
Code of Conduct: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.
Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

The two-story home is immaculate, has brand new appliances, and has a well-equipped kitchen. There is great flow between spacious living areas and bedrooms, all of which have very comfortable beds and fresh linen and large bathrooms. We had 5 nights, and there is so much to see and do in this area. I can’t wait to get back there very soon.
The house was marvellous, with everything you could possibly need or want, from appliances and crockery in the kitchen to games in the large, downstairs retreat area to comfort and style in the bedrooms. Everything was of high quality, down to the beautiful handwash, shower wash, shampoo, and conditioners provided. The rooms were all spacious and light. Everything was immaculately clean and in top condition. The house is across the road from Bagnalls Beach, a 24-hour off-lead dog area. My puppy loved it—swimming, chasing balls, and playing with the numerous locals and their furry friends twice a day. It was also only a few minutes' drive into Nelson Bay with cafes, shops, and supermarkets, as well as another couple of minutes in the other direction to Salamander Bay Square with Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi, as well as many other shops. I highly recommend the house—a perfect place to enjoy yourself with all the comforts of home and a great location.
Four generations of our family - plus one fluffy puppy named Benny enjoyed a lovely holiday in this beautiful property. Everything for a home away from home retreat was provided. Amenities were all of a very high standard and very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Thank you for providing the travel cot and high chair for our smallest guest. We really were "Living The Dream"

What a lovely home away from home! The interior decorations were spot on, complimenting the location and really promoting serenity & calm. We loved the hop, skip, jump way from the ocean and nature path. The views from the balcony were a perfect option for those a little less mobile that were unable to make it to the physical beach. Thank you for opening up your home and your hospitality. It was everything we could have hoped for and more.
